Wat Rong Khun, Chiang Rai

ผมมีโอกาสได้ไปทำธุระที่เชียงรายบ่อยครั้ง โดยขับรถส่วนตัวไปจากเชียงใหม่ ถ้าใครเคยขับเส้นนั้นละก็ระหว่างทางก่อนเข้าตัวเมืองเชียงราย จะต้องเห็นวัดสีขาว สวยงามตระการตาอยู่ทางด้านซ้ายมืออย่างแน่นอน ทุกครั้งที่ผมไปเชียงรายก็อดไม่ได้ที่จะแวะเข้าไปสักการะและดูความคืบหน้าของวัดร่องขุ่น ของ อาจารย์เฉลิมชัย โฆษิตพิพัฒน์ ทุกครั้งไป มีหลายคนถามอาจารย์ว่าเหมื่อไหร่จะส้รางเสร็จ อาจารย์ก็ตอบไปตามสไตล์ของท่านว่า จะสร้างไปเรื่อยๆไม่มีวันเสร็จ ถ้าอยากดูวัดที่สร้างเสร็จก็ไปดูวัดอื่น ครั้งนี้ที่ผมเข้าไป น่าจะเป็นครั้งที่ 4 หรือ 5 แล้ว จำไม่ได้ มีสิ่งก่อสร้างหลายอย่างถูกสร้างขึ้นใหม่ มีการต่อเติมเพิ่มความงามอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง แน่นอนว่า คราวหน้าถ้าผมมีโอกาสไปเชียงรายอีก ก็คงไม่พลาดที่จะเข้าไปวัดที่สวยที่สุดในโลกอย่าง วัดร่องขุ่นอีกครั้ง อย่างแน่นนอน

Wat Rong Khun is also known as the White Temple. Whereas most temples visited by tourists have a history going back many centuries, this magnificent place of worship was built only recently. It is the realization of a dream for Thailands noted artist, Mr Chalermchai Kositpipat, who designed and is supervising the construction of this beautiful white temple and its many statues of figures based on religious beliefs. The construction started in 1998 and is expected to be completed in 2008. In addition, there is a gallery nearby exhibiting his paintings.

Joseph Senior from New Zealand has taken Hello Kitty into a variety of pop-culture crossover x mashup guises in this series titled “Hello Kitty Model Kit”, including Darth Vader, Buzz Lightyear, Iron Man, Homer Simpson and Mr. Spock.

I think I would consider collecting them if they were made into actual toy collectibles especially the Star Wars series ~ the only way you’re gonna see Darth Vader with a ribbon on his helmet!

Y_Emo Fun emoticon design

จำได้ว่า ช่วงเดือนตุลาคม ปี 2006 ผมพยายามนั่งทำพอร์ตโฟลิโอเพื่อสมัครเข้าทำงานที่บริษัทข้ามชาติที่ค่อนข้างมีชื่อเสียงแห่งหนึ่ง ผมใช้เวลา 7 วัน ในการจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอของผม ผมเลือกจะทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับองค์กร และแน่นอนว่ามันจะต้องเป็นงานที่ผมอยากจะทำจริงๆ งานออกแบบอีโมติคอนชิ้นนี้ ต้องยอมรับว่าเป็นงานที่ผมไม่ถนัดเอาซะเลย เพราะว่าผมไม่ค่อยมีความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ผ่านหน้าตาของตัวละคร การที่ผมเลือกทำงานชิ้นนี้อาจเป็นเพราะว่ามันท้าทายเราได้ทำสิ่งที่เราไม่ค่อยถนัด ซึ่งผลที่ออกมาก็ค่อนข้างน่าพอใจเลยทีเดียว

Remember that in October 2006, I was trying to make a portfolio to apply to work at multinational companies that are quite famous. I spent 7 days in the management of the portfolio. I chose to work with this project because it must be that I really wanted to do this design emoticons. I do not have the ability to convey emotions through the faces of the characters. I chose to work this could be because it challenges us to do what we do not know. The result was quite satisfying ever.

วันนี้เป็นวันหยุด แต่ผมไม่ได้หยุดค้นหางานดีไซน์ชั้นดีเพื่อนำมาแสดงบนเว็บของเรา วันนี้พยายามลองหางานออกแบบนามบัตรสวยๆไอเดียดีๆ หรือที่ได้รับรางวัลจากสาขาต่างๆ ใช้เวลาไม่นานนักในการคัดเลือกผลงานดีๆ ลองดูไอเดียของผลงานแต่ละชิ้นแล้วนำไปใช้งานงานออกแบบดูนะครับ

Vespa Realistic Illustrate

ผมเป็นคนนึงครับที่ชอบความคลาสสิคของรถเวสป้าเอามากๆ และโชคดีได้มรดกตกทอดมาจากคุณตาคันนึง ผ่านกาลเวลายาววานกว่า 50 ปี จนมาถึงปัจจุบัน มันยังคงใช้งานได้ดี ช่วงปี 2008 ผมพยายามฝึกหัด การใช้งานโปรแกรม Illustrator อย่างหนัก พี่ๆที่คอยสอนผมบอกเทคนิคง่ายๆว่า เห็นอะไรก็วาดก็เขียนไปอย่างนั้น ผมจึงลองนำรูปรถเวสป้ามาลองเทคนิคต่างๆดู ซึ่งผลที่ออกมาก็ถือว่าน่าพอใจเลยทีเดียว แต่ที่ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นคือ เทคนิคต่างๆทีได้ลองใช้มันติดตัวผมมาตลอดจนถึงทุกวันนี้

I like the classic Vespa so much. And very lucky because I got it from my grandfather. Over a long period of time for over 50 years until the present. It still works great, I tried to practice Illustrator during the year 2008. Many people have always taught me simple techniques that I draw what I see. The result is considered satisfactory to me. But more than that is I got all techniques from this job until today.

Sushi Icon Set

เมื่อนึกถึงอาหารญี่ปุ่น หลายท่านคงจะนึกถึงข้าวปั้นที่มีปลาหรืออาหารอื่นๆวางลงบนข้าว ใช่แล้วครับ ซูชิ หนึ่งในอาหารโปรดของผมและครอบครัว แม้ว่าเราจะเป็นคนไทยแท้ๆ แต่อาหารญี่ปุ่นที่มีเสน่เช่นซูชิก็เป็นอาหารที่เรารับประทานกันเป็นประจำและมีความสุขทุกครั้งที่ได้ทาน มันคงจะดีไม่น้อยถ้าเรามีไอคอนเป็นอาหารที่เราชอบ ผมตัดสินใจลองทำไอคอนแซลมอลซูชิเป็นชิ้นแรก ใช้เวลานานพอดูในการหาข้อมูล การหามุม การวางภาพสเก็ช เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานที่น่าพอใจมากที่สุด แม้ว่างานนี้จะเป็นโปรเจคที่ทำเล่นๆเอาสนุก ไม่ได้คาดหวังเงินทองหรือรางวัลใดๆจากงานชิ้นนี้ กลับกลายเป็นเรื่องดีที่เราไม่มีความกดดันและสามารถทำมันออกมาได้ค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ โดยใช้เวลาในการทำทั้งหมดสี่แบบเป็นเวลาประมาณ 24 ชั่วโมง แต่ก็เป็น 24 ชั่วโมงที่สนุกมากๆครับ

When you think of Japanese food. Many of you probably think of rice with fish or other food placed on the top of rice. Yes it is Sushi, one of my favorite dishes. Sushi is a food that me and my family eat regularly and have a good time to eat. It would be nice if we had the icon that made from the food that we like. I decided to try the salmon sushi is the. Take time to find information ,find the best dimension and then sketching. To obtain the most satisfactory results. Although this is not a serious project. Do not expect any money or prizes from this work. It was good that we have no pressure and can make it out to be quite satisfactory. It takes time to do all four icons for about 24 hours, but a lot of fun.

Hong Kong National History Museum

การเรียนรู้อดีตทำให้เรารู้จักปัจจุบันและสามารถที่จะล่วงรู้ไปได้ถึงอนาคตที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้น ผมมีโอกาสดีได้ไปทัศนศึกษาที่ฮ่องกง เมื่อเดือนธันวาคม ปี 2008 และผมไม่พลาดโอกาสที่จะเข้าไปชม พิพิธภัณฑ์ประวัติศาสตร์แห่งชาติฮ่องกง ประเทศที่พึ่งจะเป็นอิสระจากการปกครองของอังกฤษเมื่อไม่นานมานี้ แม้จะต้องตกเป็นอาณานิคม แต่ชาวฮ่องกงก็ถูกปลูกฝังให้มีความภาคภูมิใจในถิ่นฐานบ้านเกิด รัฐบาลฮ่องกงจึงได้ก่อตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้ขึ้นมา ราคาค่าเข้าชมเพียง 7 เหรียญดอลล่าฮ่องกง หรือประมาณ 28 บาทเท่านั้นเอง แต่สิ่งที่ผมได้รับออกมาจากการเข้าชมพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้กลับมีค่ามากมายนัก ถ้ามีโอกาสอีกครั้งผมคงไม่พลาดที่จะเข้าไปอีกเป็นครั้งที่ 2 อย่างแน่นอน

Learning about the past, present, and we can foresee the future is going to happen. I had the opportunity to tour Hong Kong. In December 2008, and I do not miss the chance to visit Hong Kong Museum of National History. Country needs to be free from British rule, when not long ago. It must become a colony. But Hong Kong is to instill pride in their home country. Hong Kong government has established a museum. Admission is only 7 HKD or about 28 baht only.
